Data controller

Baze Camp SAS, the publisher of the Site under the Camper X brand, is the controller of personal data collected through the Site. For any privacy question, contact communication@camper-x.com.

Data we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, selected model, vehicle and message. Dealer applications include company, contact name, email, telephone, region, activity and project description. Limited technical data, including IP address, time and anti-abuse signals, may be processed to secure the forms.

Purposes and legal bases

We use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote, assess a dealer application and manage the pre-contractual relationship. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Abuse prevention and Site security rely on our legitimate interests. We do not send electronic marketing without the required legal basis and, where necessary, your consent.

Recipients of data

Data is available only to authorised Camper X personnel, reachable at communication@camper-x.com. Technical processors may handle it: Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. HubSpot is used as the CRM for commercial follow-up. We never sell your data.

Retention periods

Contact and quote requests and dealer applications are kept for no more than 3 years after the last exchange when no contract is concluded. If a contractual relationship begins, necessary data is kept for its duration and then for applicable statutory periods, including up to 10 years for accounting records. Technical security logs are kept for a limited period, no more than 12 months unless specifically required.

International transfers

Camper X does not transfer personal data to Türkiye. Some technical providers established outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States) may process data. Where the GDPR requires it, transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it. Write to communication@camper-x.com and describe your request; proof of identity will be requested only where there is reasonable doubt.

Data security

Camper X implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.

Cookies

The Site currently enables no advertising cookies or audience-measurement tools requiring consent. Strictly necessary display, preference and security features may use technical storage. Any future tracking tool, including HubSpot Analytics, must remain disabled until you make a choice through a compliant consent banner.

Complaints
